- Assess and administer grant applications
- Communicate with applicants
- Make funding decisions
- Maintain audit and compliance records
- Publish summary information about funded projects where appropriate

- Legitimate interests in operating and administering the Community Fund
- Performance of a contract where a grant is awarded
Personal data will be retained for up to six years following the conclusion of the relevant funding round for audit, legal and compliance purposes.
Personal information will not be shared with third parties except:
- Members of the Community Fund Panel
- Professional advisers where required
- Regulators or authorities where legally required
